GHHS takes the quality of our services very seriously and monitors the satisfaction levels of our patients and customers on a quarterly basis. We accomplish this via surveys that are mailed to each patient and phone interviews with patients and customers.
Not only do we monitor our patients and customers concerns we actually utilize this information to improve our operations and the way the delivery of health care.
