Home Health Services are generally ordered by your physician for one of the following services provided by Gallagher Home Health Services:

·         Skilled Nursing

·         Physical Therapy

·         Occupational Therapy

·         Speech Language Therapy

·         Medical Social Worker

·        Home Health Aides


Several things set us apart from other Home Health Agencies. For the patients, we use a primary care model, meaning we make a concerted effort to keep the same caregiver, whether a Nurse or a Home Health Aide, with the patient.  It’s a more positive experience for the patient to have the same person show up at their door and the continuity of care results in better outcomes.
